Do you enjoy helping those in your community? St. Vincent de Paul is part of an international non-profit that helps people in need. Locally, St. Vincent de Paul runs a food cupboard and two thrift stores. We need a cashier for our Seaside store.

Requirements:

Retail and customer service experience

Energetic, conscientious worker

Physical fitness: standing and lifting involved in the job

Interest in helping others

Hours:

10:00 am to 4:15 pm Tuesdays through Saturdays

Duties:

Count cash register drawer at the beginning and ending of each day

Run the cash register and credit card machine during store open hours

Welcome customers entering the store

Tell customers of current sale items

Help maintain cleanliness of store and displays that are attractive and neat

Other duties at the direction of the store manager
