The Perfect Crumb Bakery
We are a small local bakery based out of Pacific Grove, California. We offer a variety of services, including delicious baked goods made fresh daily, breakfast, lunch, Peet’s coffee, and catering/special orders.

A Little More About Us
The Perfect Crumb was founded by Susan Carter, based out of Salinas, CA. She began her bakery journey at local farmers’ markets. In 2016, she opened her storefront located in New Monterey, then moved her storefront to Pacific Grove in 2025. The Perfect Crumb has stayed true to its roots by remaining active in several local farmers' markets. The bakery has also expanded into a café offering breakfast, lunch, and coffee beverages.
The Perfect Crumb currently participates in the Pacific Grove Farmer’s Market (Monday), the Alvarado Street Farmer’s Market (Tuesday), the Natividad Farmer’s Market in Salinas (Wednesday), the Salinas Valley Memorial Farmer’s Market (Friday), and the Marina Farmer’s Market (Sunday).
