About Kelly
Kelly has spent much of her life working with children and has always had a love for education, particularly through the arts. Her passion for ceramics began while living in Big Sur, where the surrounding landscape became a constant source of inspiration. Through her connection to nature, Kelly began developing her own style, creating pieces inspired by the ocean, forests, and natural beauty of the California coast.
After her time in Big Sur, Kelly moved to New York, where she continued studying ceramics at a well-known studio and began her journey as a ceramics instructor. Teaching allowed her to bring together two things she loves most: creating art and sharing that creativity with others.
Now back on the Central Coast, Kelly is excited to bring those experiences home and create a space where people of all ages can discover pottery for themselves. More than simply a place to take a class, the studio is meant to feel welcoming, creative, and fun—a community space where people can slow down, make something with their hands, and connect with those around them.
