ATAGOL is a women’s fitness community. We offer small-group personal training to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Our weekly schedule consists of circuit training classes, yoga, bone-builders, and strength training sessions.

We are a community of women connected through our shared desire to show up fully, powerfully, and authentically in our own lives.

Fitness is our vehicle. But our mission is holistic: we support women in our community as we engage on a journey of health, self-acceptance, and empowerment!
