Join ValiAnna on Thursday, October 15th from 6:30 – 7:30 pm at the PG Library, for the sacred sounds of crystal bowls. Sound Healing is for everyone. The sacred sounds of crystal bowls can help anyone align, feel more connected to self, feel calmer and more centered. 

Enjoy ValiAnna;s sound journey, combined with a poetry offering at each program. Bring a yoga mat, towel or cushion to sit or lie on. You may also use the library chairs.
