Celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 10th from 2:00 - 3:00 pm with a shared experience designed to connect, move, and reset together. Take time to slow down, move side by side, and enjoy something different together.

This class is about connection without pressure, a simple way to step out of the routine and into a space where you can laugh, breathe, and be present with each other.

A 40-minute guided flow followed by meditation, designed for moms and teens to move in sync and unwind together.
