Join the Monterey Aquatic Therapy Center this Thursday, July 30th between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, if you would like to experience Watsu! Watsu is a form of aquatic bodywork that uses passive movement, stretching and massage performed in warm water. It can promote alleviation of pain, reduce stress and improve mobility.
