ValiAnna weaves together crystalline sound frequencies with thoughtfully chosen poetry, creating a multi-sensory journey that soothes the mind, opens the heart, and restores your natural sense of calm and centeredness. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, or cushion to sit or lie on. Library chairs are also available for your comfort.
