Suzanne will share tips on how to make vegetable stock and she will streamline the soup making process. In this one evening workshop, you will be involved in making three different soups and are invited to take a quart of each home with you to enjoy during the upcoming days. While we work together in the kitchen, we will share various cooking and prepping techniques that will be handy for you to use at home.
