By popular demand we have added this new workshop to our lineup.  There is a lot of important knowledge to gain when you start canning!
This workshop will give you the basics of what you need to know about canning for all pickles, jams, and tomato canning. We will cover topics of safety and quality. You will learn how to experiment with recipes and how to design your own. In this workshop we will make one batch of jam and a jar of pickles and a jar of sauerkraut. You will go home with 3 jars of goodies and a lot of knowledge. We will share organic snacks and dinner throughout the workshop too!
This is going to be a really fun workshop, so register early as they tend to fill up fast! The workshop will be held at Happy Girl Kitchen Flagship location at 173 Central Ave, Pacific Grove 93950.
