Monterey Bay Plein Air Painters Association (MBPAPA) – Harmony, Gill Gallery
The paintings in the show will showcase the beautiful California scenes. All work will be done in plein air. Cynthia Wagner Weick, PhD is an esteemed juror and judge. Awards will be announced at the opening reception on May 3rd.

Gerald Huth – Hearing the Music, Dyke Gallery Music and art are the two truly universal languages, bringing us both joy and inspiration. This recent series of paintings and collages was influenced by some of the many different pieces of music, primarily classical and jazz, that have always moved me. Listening to the music is instrumental to my conception, and it leads my hand and brush as I try to channel these emotions into my art.

Edi Matsumoto – In Full Bloom: From Canvas 2 Fabric, Annand Gallery In Full Bloom: From Canvas 2 Fabric is a transformative experience, merging art and wearable art in an enchanting dance. Edi’s artworks come alive on fabric - art that flexes, changing shapes and colors. This show invites you to step beyond the frame, as art adorns scarves, kimonos, and dresses, integrating into daily life. Immerse yourself in the visual and tactile magic of art.

Pacific Grove High School Capstone Portfolios – Boyer Gallery Small Halls This exhibit features Pacific Grove High School capstone students who have had an advanced level of instruction in the Visual Arts. Art students instructed by Matt Kelly are exhibiting works from their AP Studio Art portfolios and Photography students instructed by Celia Lara are showcasing a body of work from their Weston portfolios. In addition to the art and photography installation, the May 3rd opening night reception is hosted by Imogen Erickson’s Culinary students showcasing their culinary skills. Please enjoy the talented offerings of our amazing students at PGHS.
