First Sunset Walk at Asilomar

Description

Catch the year’s first sunset and celebrate new beginnings at Asilomar State Beach! Join us for a sunset walk to meander through the restored sand dune habitat and rugged, rocky shoreline that make Asilomar so unique.
We will also explore the tidepools to discover an amazing variety of life, including sea stars, crabs, and sea anemones! 

When: January 1, 2025
Where: Meet at Social Hall at Asilomar Hotel & Conference Grounds (800 Asilomar Blvd. Pacific Grove, CA 93950)
Time: 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Parking: Free parking is available on the conference grounds or along Sunset Drive.
Additional details: Children must be accompanied by an adult. Participants should wear layers and water-resistant shoes for tide pooling.
