In this experiential workshop, we will begin exploring the living mechanics of identity in real time. Why does experience so quickly become personal? Even after moments of clarity or presence, many of us find ourselves pulled back into self-evaluation, comparison, inner pressure, and familiar ways of seeing ourselves.
