Join Balance Yoga and Wellness on Friday, September 4th, 6:00 - 8:30 pm for a Sound Bath at 6:00 pm plus a potluck to follow at 7:15 pm. Come for both or just one. Move less, listen more, and gather together. (No RSVP needed) Bring a dish to share (enough for 6–8) ... sweet or savory. All welcome!
