For a lot of people, the floor becomes unfamiliar territory at some point — something to avoid rather than use. On Saturday, April 25th from 10:00 – 11:30 am, this workshop will change that. You'll practice getting down to and up from the floor with control and confidence and explore movements that make the floor a useful place again. Whether it's playing with grandkids, gardening, or simply knowing you can handle it if you ever need to, this is a skill worth having. It's more accessible than you think. Learn more and Sign Up
