Join us to celebrate Women’s History Month at Asilomar on March 14th all day long a space originally created to empower women and build community!
This year’s *free* festivities include: A keynote address by Dr. Kathryn Davis: “Fearless Curiosity: Reclaiming the Legacy of California’s Women Scientists and Explorers”. Discover remarkable Northern California women who made groundbreaking contributions to science and geographic exploration.
RSVPs required. Vintage dance workshops: Embrace the spirit of the Young Women’s Christian Association campers by joining dance workshops taught by Joan Walton (1920s period attire encouraged)! RSVPs required. Guided history tours of Asilomar’s Historic Core buildings designed by California’s first female architect, Julia Morgan.
