Is there a path to victory in Ukraine? What are the prospects for a negotiated peace? And what are the obstacles? Ambassador Taylor, who served as U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine from 2006 to 2009 and charge d'affaires in 2019, will draw on his firsthand experience in Ukraine to discuss the current situation.
