The World Affairs Council of the Monterey Bay is presenting a special event in support of the Peninsula Youth Education Program on Tuesday, September 26th from 4:30 – 6:30 pm at the at the MCOE Office in Salinas at 901 Blanco Circle. In Partnership with the Monterey County Office of Education, WACMB features former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine William B.
