The Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class Series will take place Saturday, Oct 10th, 2:00 pm - Saturday, Nov 21st, 1:00 pm and is designed to give you and your partner the knowledge and confidence to navigate labor and birth on your own terms. The lessons are rooted in real research, not fear. EBB® Instructor, doula, and lactation counselor Autumn Bessire Tattenham, CD, CLC, NCS, will guide you through everything from understanding your options to preparing for postpartum.
