Join us on Thursday, March 19th from 6:30 – 7:30 pm at the Pacific Grove Library for Verses in Vibration: Healing Sound Baths. Sound healing is for everyone! The sacred sounds of crystal bowls can help anyone align, feel more connected to self, feel calmer and more centered. Enjoy ValiAnna’s sound journey, combined with a poetry offering. Bring yoga mat, towel or cushion to sit or lie on. You may also use library chairs.
