Wild Fish Restaurant, located at 545 Lighthouse in Downtown Pacific Grove, will feature two special dishes in addition to the regular menu.
- Oysters in Champagne Sambayon: Poached oysters in their juices, served in their shells over a duxelle and covered with broiled Champagne sabayon.
- Seafood Tower: the top layer features Dungeness Crab with garlicky butter and Caviar with house-made saltines. A raw bar oysters on the half shell and mignonette along with Ahi Aquachili, citrus and poppyseed fills the base layer of the tower.
