Monday, November 21 • 9:00am - 12:00pm Join Amanda Preece from the Monterey Audubon Society and the 2022 sea watch counter to practice this challenging but fun method of birdwatching. The MAS hires professional seabird counters to conduct migratory bird surveys at Point Pinos. This is a stationary (seated) marine bird count and expected species may include scoters & other duck species, loons, cormorants, fulmars and, shearwaters.
