In this two-hour workshop we will play with changing our perspective by going upside down in various poses, working our way toward a supported headstand and handstand. We will be partnering up in sections - bring a friend or come on your own and make some new ones! Modifications are provided. Saturday, February 15th, 1:00-3:00PM.
