Do you LOVE cheese? Have you ever wondered how wonderful fresh cheeses are made? This workshop will unravel the many mysteries of home cheesemaking and empower you to get going on this amazing, rewarding project. Join master cheesemaker Charlie Cascio as we cover all of the necessary foundations of proper cheesemaking, food safety, equipment and necessary supplies. We will explore the basics and techniques of making a good fresh cheese that will delight your friends and dinner guests! We will make ricotta, fromage blanc, and paneer throughout the demonstration. You will take home some of the cheese we make and we will all share a dinner half way through. Register early as classes fill up fast! This is going to be a really fun workshop, so register early as they tend to fill up fast! The workshop will be held at Happy Girl Kitchen Flagship location from 5:30-8:30pm at 173 Central Ave, Pacific Grove 93950. There is also a light dinner included!
