In this workshop we will make apple sauce with no added sugar. Another of my favorite recipes is the honeyed pears with ginger (or spiced as you wish). Lastly, we will be working with one of the most delectable fruits of all; the beloved quince! These classes will cover fabulous recipes for these robust fruits, including safe water-bath canning and basic food safety. You will take home 4 jars of our creations and I will cook dinner for us all to share half way through. Register early as classes fill up fast!
