Description

This is what you need to up your cooking game! On Thursday, April 9th from 5:30 – 8:30 pm, we are going to teach you all of the knife skills including how to make sure your knives are sharp enough and hone them in at home. 

We will cover which knives to use for which projects and then dive into the exciting world of chopping and prepping! Your food tastes and presents so much better when you have the proper skills to prepare it in new ways! We will also share our tips about food prep for the week so that you can cook fresh every day but not need to spend so much time prepping every day! 

We will start with a light dinner and also eat what we cook together at the end of the workshop. It is going to be a burst of creativity and a lot of fun too! Jordan Champagne looks forward to sharing what she has learned after cooking this way for decades.
