Farm to table - it sounds nice, but a lot of people are not sure how to cook this way - subbing ingredients seasonally and cooking without recipes.
On Friday I will go to the farmer's market and shop from my favorite farmers there. If you would like to join us for this portion of the workshop, please email for details.
On the 7th - we will cook from scratch from what we get from the market. You will learn how to get creative inspiration and adapt or cook without recipes. While we work together in the kitchen, we will share various cooking and prepping techniques that will be handy for you to use at home. We will be using all organic ingredients. We will start with a light dinner and also eat what we cook together at the end of the workshop.
It is going to be a burst of creativity and a lot of fun too! Jordan Champagne looks forward to sharing what she has learned after cooking this way for decades.
