Celebrate Halloween and Do Doris' Core Primal Yoga Class. Chill after with Beer, Pizza, Music and Dancing! Join Doris' on Saturday, October 29, 4-6 PM for a transformational breathing, alignment, postural and core strengthening class at Café Guarani. Stay after class to chat, eat, drink, and dance. Bring your own mat! Doris will provide props for your use. Come dressed as your favorite ghoul/yogi. Cost of the event is: $25 with Costume and $30 without. Space is limited!
