Description

On Sunday, September 6th from 1:00 – 4:00 pm at the Center for Spiritual Awakening, this experiential workshop, will explore the spiritual practice of meeting our inner experience with presence and curiosity. Drawing from contemplative practice, somatic awareness, and the principles of Nonviolent Communication, we will learn to listen beneath our reactions and become more intimate with what is actually happening within us.
