Chakra Alchemy Workshop Series with Bree & Rebekah. This is the second workshop of the series.
The Workshops will focus on a pairing of the Chakras, a lower (or Earthly chakra) and a higher (or Ethereal Chakra). We will learn tools to help balance, unblock, and find homeostatic energy with these Chakra pairs. Through a carefully curated practice of meditation, breath-work, movement, and sound bath, it is here where we will explore these chakra pairings and their energetic bridge between the centered Heart Chakra. When balanced, in tandem, these Devine partnerships create a flow and unblock your full life force energy.
