Happy 1 Year Anniversary Balance Yoga & Wellness!

On June 20th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm there will be an unforgettable evening of yoga. A collaborative class led by the amazing teaching team at Balance Yoga & Wellness. Expect a beautiful blend of grounding and opening, gentle movement, energizing flow, nourishing breath work, and a deeply restorative sound bath to close.

On June 21st from 5:30–8:00pm. There will be light bites, cake, and champagne to celebrate our first year together.
