Chalk the Block 2026!

The 4th Annual Chalk the Block presented by Art Abilities will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026 from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on Lighthouse Ave in downtown Pacific Grove. 

All ages, sidewalk art competition. Prizes for category winners. Art, Music, and Free fun for all.

You will be provided eco-friendly chalk to use, but you can also bring your own non-toxic supplies, too! Teams of artists are encouraged (no more than 4 people), but individual artists are more than welcome.
