DESCRIPTION:Do you LOVE cheese? Have you ever wondered how wonderful fresh cheeses are made? This workshop will unravel the many mysteries of home cheesemaking and empower you to get going on this amazing\, rewarding project. We will cover all of the necessary foundations for proper cheesemaking\, food safety\, equipment and necessary supplies and the basics of making good fresh cheese that will delight your friends and dinner guests! We have fresh milk from the cows on our property and are happy to share with you the skills we have learned from having this amazing resource! \nWe will make a Paneer and Ricotta\, and you will learn how to make yogurt and kefir as well through demonstration. You will take home some of the cheese we make\, and we will all share dinner halfway through. There is also a light dinner included! \nThis is going to be a really fun workshop\, so register early as they tend to fill up fast! The workshop will be held at Happy Girl Kitchen from 5:30-8:30pm at 173 Central Avenue. Register
