Happy Girl Kitchen "Simple Evening Meals - Bake & Serve" Workshop

Casseroles are perfect make ahead meals for family dinners, gatherings and parties. A casserole is a beautiful, nourishing and filling meal all in one simple dish. In this workshop, we will discuss the different components of a casserole and make a lasagna and an enchilada casserole. As we like to do here at Happy Girl, we will take a new and fresh look at these classic dishes and re-invent them with plant-based, organic and local ingredients that we will make from scratch. We are excited to share our tips and tricks for making satisfying meals that are good for you & the planet, and that you can share with others. Happy Girl chef, Suzanne Tuescher, has been cooking at Happy Girl for going on 9 years and has cooked plant-based meals for her family and community for even longer. Please join her for this fun, interactive workshop and take home a serving (or 2!) of each of the casseroles we bake together. The workshop will take place at Happy Girl Kitchen Co. at 173 Central Ave., Pacific Grove from 5:30-8:30.
