The American Tin Cannery is an area where there are multiple shops in the format of an outlet. It is located right before the Monterey Bay Aquarium and is in the stages of redevelopment by Comstock to become a hotel. City Council has approved the decision to move forward but the California Coastal Commission has put the project on pause.
